New signing Sam Roscoe discusses his upcoming move to Linfield with Jamie Megarry.
"I am delighted to sign for such a big club. When I came over to visit a few weeks ago, I was surprised by the facilities and how good they were, and to see how big the club really is, was unbelievable.
"To have the opportunity to play in front of the fans will be amazing. I’ve come to Linfield to help the club win trophies and hopefully that’s what I can do in my time, I want to win as much as possible for the club.
"I’m a 6 foot 5 defender who likes to defend and win my headers but when it’s on, I’m also confident on the ball and want to try and play out from the back. I spent three years at Aberdeen, then two years in the Scottish Championship with Ayr United and can't wait to get started now at Linfield."
