At Christmas time many of us like to support good causes and Linfield FC is reminding our supporters of an opportunity to support our official partner charity - the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.
A just giving fundraising page remains in a central position on the home page of this website and supporters who are able to do so, are encouraged to support this most worthwhile cause.
Normally, Linfield FC would be providing the Children’s Hospice with an opportunity to undertake a bucket collection ahead of the Boxing Day fixture at Windsor Park but alas, the current restrictions have forced the cancellation of this fixture and so much else besides over the course of the past 9 months.
Earlier this year, this very same just giving fundraising appeal raised £2 200 for the Children’s Hospice and a further £8 000 donation was made possible due to unclaimed ticket refunds from a league fixture in March.
However, at Christmas time many of us like to support worthwhile charities and with it being a special family time, many in particular like to support children’s charities and the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice is one close to the hearts of many of us.
Therefore, Linfield FC would encourage those who are able, to support our official partner charity at this difficult and challenging, but nevertheless still special time of year.
