Cancer Focus NI signs up as a new charity sponsor of Linfield Football Club
Local charity Cancer Focus Northern Ireland is delighted to be a new charity sponsor of Linfield Football Club. As part of the new sponsorship arrangement, the charity’s logo will be proudly displayed on all players’ shorts for the 2022/23 season.
Richard Spratt, Cancer NI’s Chief Executive said: “We are delighted to sponsor one of Northern Ireland’s leading sports clubs and be part of the local football community.
“Having our logo displayed on such a visible and well-followed platform will help raise awareness of Cancer Focus NI and all that we do to help local people affected by cancer right across Northern Ireland.
“We look forward to working alongside Linfield over the next two years and wish them the best of luck for the seasons ahead.”
Welcoming the new sponsorship arrangement, Linfield FC General Manager, Pat Fenlon added:

Cancer Focus NI has recently celebrated over 50 years working to reduce the impact of cancer on local people’s lives. The leading local cancer charity is committed to tackling cancer by supporting research, providing services for cancer patients and their families, and by advising people how to reduce their risk of the disease.
The local leading charity provides care and support services for cancer patients and their families, funds scientific research into the causes and treatment of the disease, helps people to reduce their risk of getting cancer and campaigns for better health policy to protect our community and its future. 90% of the charity’s work is funded through donations.
