Work on New Midgley Park nears completion

Ahead of Saturday’s Open Day, Linfieldfc.com provides some of the latest images of the almost complete New Midgley Park.

The images were taken before last night’s Big Two derby against Glentoran by Colin McMaster and with the landscape progressing on a daily basis, there’s no doubt that there’s been further improvement since the photos were taken 24 hours ago.

The New Midgley Park pavillion And dressing room complex has been operational for several months and the pitch had been in use for home games in the Danske Bank NIFL Women’s Premier League.

In recent weeks cars have been driven up the new boulevard from the Boucher Rd to the New Olympia Leisure Centre and in the coming days cars will be able to reach the Linfield car park at the rear of the New Midgley Park pavillion.

Visitors to the complex have been most impressed with the lay out and design which have been a most welcome addition to the facilities Linfield FC are able to make available to our personnel.
