As with all Saturday Linfield games away to Coleraine now, our club as well as many other Linfield supporters and clubs were invited by Ballymoney LSC to join them for pre match refreshments at Ballymoney British Legion, prior to yesterday’s game.
We have been doing this for a number of seasons now and have always come away, having had a fantastic day as the hospitality is second to none.
To show our appreciation for the kind gesture over the years, our club chairman John Hewitt presented Ballymoney LSC with an engraved silver plate from our club which was accepted by Peter Rollins.
The plate may well have been from our club but I’m sure we speak on behalf of all Linfield supporters and clubs in saying we all thank you for your continued hospitality and we look forward to seeing you all again in Ballymoney in the near future.
