Cavehill LSC celebrated their 30th anniversary with a dinner function in the Corrs corner hotel in Newtownabbey on Saturday night.
In attendance among the gathering of over 100 were Linfield stars Chris Shields, Kyle McClean, Chris McKee and Niall Quinn.
In addition, club chairman Roy McGivern and a Vice President of the Cavehill club - Linfield honorary secretary, Andy Conn were also in attendance.
Roy McGivern presented an engraved Belfast crystal souvenir to the chairman of Cavehill LSC, Craig Dempsey. (See photo below)
Cavehill LSC President and former Linfield manager, David Jeffrey was joined at the event by former Linfield players, Noel Bailie MBE, Lee Doherty and Tommy Macdonald.
Supporters representing the Raven LSC, 1st South Belfast LSC, Belmont LSC and 1st Newtownabbey LSC were also in attendance.
The Irish League and Irish Cup trophies were welcome additions to the proceedings.
Fundraising efforts in support of the club’s official charity - the Northern Ireland Children’s hospice - raised £1000.
