Left Back from Glengormley in his first season. Great left foot and was a member of this years NI International U17 European Championship Squad.
Promoted to first team squad - March 29, 2012.
David Jeffrey describes Niall (March 31, 2012) as a player who "can play at centre back or left back but he is particularly strong at left back. He is a mixture of John Easton and Pat McShane. He is tenacious and tough in the tackle, yet he has great distribution."

On March 1, 2021 Niall signed a contract extension committing himself to the club until the end of the 2022/23 season.
